Ravioli di Ricotta Pasta-Making Class and Lunch

Join us inside Yolan’s kitchen for a hands-on exploration of one of Italy’s most beloved pasta traditions. Hosted by Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Dobson, this interactive class invites guests to learn the craft of making ravioli di ricotta completely from scratch.

Under Chef Dobson’s guidance, you will roll fresh pasta dough and fill delicate ravioli with hand-dipped ricotta, butternut squash, and saffron, celebrating the balance of creamy texture and warm seasonal flavors.

Guests will create their own ravioli to take home and prepare later, with guidance from the chef on cooking and finishing the dish.

After the class, enjoy a relaxed three-course lunch featuring salad, ravioli prepared by Yolan’s culinary team, dessert, and curated wine pairings.
