Chilled crudo selections, from Bluefin Tuna Tonnato to Doddy Creek Carne Crudo, lead into housemade pastas such as Bucatini all’Amatriciana, Risotto all’Assassina, and Truffle Gnocchi. Tennessee oak wood-fired steaks, pristine seafood, and seasonal vegetables anchor the Secondi, Bistecche, and Contorni, featuring ingredients sourced from trusted Italian purveyors and local farms.

Esperienza Yolan, our five-course prix fixe tasting menu, offers a guided journey through signature dishes and seasonal expressions. Dolci are intricate finales — composed desserts that reflect the artistry of the season.

This summer, the menu draws inspiration from Puglia, the sun-soaked heel of Italy’s boot, where land and sea converge. Dishes marked with a pumo honor this region’s rustic beauty and vibrant flavors.

An extensive wine list is joined by crafted cocktails, Italian spirits, and amari — available by the pour or curated flight — to round out an evening immersed in warm hospitality and Italian sensibility.
