This season, the menu journeys to Sardegna, the Mediterranean island where coastal abundance, pastoral traditions, and ancient craftsmanship shape a cuisine both rustic and refined. Dishes marked with the silhouette of a Nuraghe, Sardegna’s ancient stone towers, highlight regional expressions of the island’s cooking, from fregola and bottarga to saffron-scented ragùs and Pecorino Sardo.
Begin with house-made focaccia and seasonal antipasti, followed by handmade pastas, such as Gnocchi alla Campidanese and Rigatoni al Pesto with bottarga. Wood-fired seafood, composed vegetable dishes, and Tennessee oak-fired steaks anchor the menu, crafted with exceptional ingredients from local farms and Italian artisans.
