Begin with our Signature Focaccia Tasting Trio and the Stuzzi Tower — a curated progression of savory bites, from Calvisius Caviar Potato Croquette to Arancini al Genovese. Crudo selections such as Tonno Tonnato and Carne Cruda all’Albese set the tone for the meal, followed by house-made pastas including Triangoli di Zucca, Risotto ai Funghi, and Truffle Gnocchi with fall white truffles. Tennessee oak wood-fired steaks, seasonal seafood, and vegetable-forward dishes anchor the Secondi, Bistecche, and Contorni — featuring thoughtfully sourced ingredients from Italian artisans and local farmers alike.
Esperienza Yolan, our five-course prix fixe tasting menu, offers a guided journey through signature dishes and seasonal expressions. Dolci are intricate finales — composed desserts that reflect the artistry of the season.
This fall, the menu draws inspiration from Friuli-Venezia Giulia — a northern Italian region shaped by alpine purity, coastal bounty, and cultural convergence. Dishes marked with an eagle emblem pay homage to Friuli’s bold spirit and layered traditions.
An extensive wine list is joined by crafted cocktails, Italian spirits, and amari — available by the pour or curated flight — to round out an evening immersed in warm hospitality and Italian sensibility.
