Agnolotti del Plin Pasta-Making Class and Lunch

Step inside Yolan’s kitchen for an intimate pasta-making experience hosted by Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Dobson and the culinary team. During this hands-on class, you will learn the art of crafting agnolotti del plin, the delicate “pinched” pasta of Piemonte known for its elegant shape and rich fillings.

Chef Dobson will guide guests through the techniques behind mixing, rolling, filling, and shaping fresh pasta before it is finished with braised lamb Genovese, sauce au poivre, and mustard frills, inspired by Yolan’s current Piemonte menu.

Each guest will prepare their own batch of agnolotti to take home and cook later, along with tips from the chef for perfect preparation.

Following the class, gather around the table to enjoy a relaxed three-course lunch featuring salad, agnolotti expertly prepared by Yolan’s culinary team, dessert, and thoughtfully selected wine pairings.
