Begin with Arancini alla Fontina, crisp Acquerello rice croquettes filled with creamy Fontina and finished with bright salsa verde — a perfect dish for sharing at the table. For a comforting centerpiece, enjoy Lobster Orecchiette, our house-made pasta paired with Maine lobster and a rich blend of cheeses, finished with focaccia breadcrumbs and fresh chives.
For dolci, Pastry Chef Janrich Amaro presents Strawberry Shortcake Tiramisu, layered with mascarpone cream, strawberry compote, and delicate savoiardi.
