This New Year’s Eve, Yolan invites you on a culinary voyage across Italy’s storied regions. Each course offers a refined homage — from the forested hills of Tuscany to the Venetian canals of Veneto, from the saffron-rich traditions of Piemonte to Umbria’s celebrated white truffles.
Two tasting formats are available: a five-course experience presented at 5 pm and 8 pm, and an eight-course journey offered exclusively at 8 pm. Highlights include hand-cut steak tartare crowned with Oscietra caviar, delicate tajarin infused with saffron, and risotto layered with aged Parmigiano Reggiano and white truffle. Celebrate the turning of the year with a menu that captures the richness of tradition and the exuberance of the season.
