As part of our fifth anniversary offerings, we are proud to present a thoughtfully curated tasting flight of Mi Casa Tequila — a single-estate, small-batch spirit nurtured from soil to sip by the Rodriguez family in the highlands of Michoacán.

This experience begins with the Blanco, rested for ten years in stainless steel to preserve its pure, agave-forward clarity. It continues with a rare small batch Extra Añejo, aged nine years in Tennessee whiskey barrels, showcasing the depth and warmth of slow aging.

The flight culminates in something truly singular: Barrel 54A, an exclusive Extra Añejo selected just for The Joseph — available nowhere else in the world. Aged for nine years in lightly charred American oak, it offers rich notes of cooked agave, caramel, and an unexpected touch of banana on the front palate.
