Build and take home an edible display atop a Les Paul™ guitar-shaped cutting board, crafted from the same fine woods used in Gibson guitars in celebration of The Joseph and Yolan's Fifth Anniversary, traditionally marked by wood — a symbol of enduring strength and craftsmanship.
Presented in collaboration with Evans Meats & Seafood, this guided class explores the art of composition — pairing meats, cheeses, and seasonal accompaniments into artfully gathered displays. The evening will also feature a curated selection of traditional Italian cheeses — many making their Nashville debut — in homage to The Joseph's founding family’s Italian roots and our continued commitment to hospitality with heritage.
Each guest will build atop a Les Paul™-shaped charcuterie board, crafted in Nashville from the same maple and mahogany used in the creation of Gibson guitars — an inspired nod to Music City’s creative soul and our anniversary’s symbolic material.
Tickets are $125 per person, inclusive of take-home board with cheese and charcuterie, as well as snacks and wine to enjoy while crafting your board.
This special event takes place within The Joseph’s 8th floor event space surrounded by art and overlooking the city.
