This season’s regional dishes inspired by Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Yolan’s dinner menu is a celebration of Italian culinary tradition, craftsmanship, and seasonality.

This winter, the menu draws inspiration from Piemonte — a region in northern Italy where alpine valleys, noble wines, and time-honored culinary traditions shape a cuisine of depth and refinement. Each dish marked with a wild boar emblem pays tribute to Piemonte’s forested hills and enduring food culture — where braises are slow, pastas are hand-pinched, and every element is shaped by place and season.

Begin with house-made focaccia and antipasti such as Smoked Rainbow Trout with egg yolk jam and brioche, or Capesante Gratinate — seared scallops with sunchoke and citrus. Pastas include Agnolotti del Plin with lamb and cabbage, Tajarin with house-made salsiccia ragù, and Gnocchi alla Bava with Fontina Val d’Aosta and truffles. Wood-fired steaks, winter seafood, and composed vegetable dishes anchor the Secondi, Bistecche, and Contorni, crafted with ingredients from Italian artisans and local farms.

Esperienza Yolan, our five-course prix fixe tasting menu, offers a guided journey through signature dishes and seasonal expressions. Dolci are intricate finales — from the Hazelnut–Chocolate Torte with croccante and warm chocolate sauce to Polenta Olive Oil Cake with orange sorbet and Gelato al Latte, a nod to Piemonte’s dairy heritage.

An extensive wine list is joined by crafted cocktails, Italian spirits, and amari — available by the pour or in curated flights — to round out an evening immersed in warm hospitality and Italian sensibility.

Yolan’s new lunch invites a return to the Italian table — unhurried, expressive, and thoughtfully seasonal. The menu balances warmth and elegance, offering comforting pastas like Truffle Gnocchi and Risotto alla Milanese, alongside lighter fare such as the Winter Harvest Panzanella or our house Grilled Caesar with kohlrabi and chicories.

Handhelds include the Chicken Milanese Sandwich with Saint Angel brie and the signature Yolan Burger with Bear Creek Farms beef, while house-made pastries and refined dolci — such as the Lemon-Ricotta Cast Iron Cookie or Bomboloni with red wine berries — bring a sweet finish to the midday hour.

Curated wines, Italian-inspired cocktails, and espresso round out a menu designed for those living, staying, and working downtown, seeking an elevated yet effortless midday pause.

This February, Aperitivo Alpino channels the alpine spirit of Northern Italy in honor of the 2026 Winter Games. The menu features rustic, high-elevation flavors from the host regions of Veneto and Lombardia, including crispy fritti, polenta, and mountain cheeses paired with seasonal cocktails and a curated flight of Northern Italian wines.
