Discover the traditions of Emilia-Romagna through a hands-on pasta class hosted inside Yolan’s kitchen. In this immersive experience, learn the technique behind shaping tortellini, one of northern Italy’s most iconic filled pastas.
Guided by Yolan’s culinary team, guests will prepare fresh pasta dough and fill each tortellini with potato, pecorino sardo, and fresh mint. The pasta will be finished with a saffron and San Marzano ragù that balances richness with bright, aromatic depth.
Each guest will prepare their own tortellini to take home and cook later, along with guidance for recreating the dish in your own kitchen.
Following the lesson, enjoy a relaxed three-course lunch featuring salad, tortellini prepared by Yolan’s culinary team, dessert, and wine pairings.
