Once common across Sardegna, this historic shape is now rarely seen, offering a unique connection to the region’s enduring food traditions.
Guided by Yolan’s culinary team, guests will prepare fresh pasta dough and learn the craftsmanship required to form spizzulus by hand. The pasta will be served with a vibrant summer pesto and anchovies, a preparation that celebrates the bright, coastal flavors of the Mediterranean island.
Each guest will prepare their own spizzulus to take home and cook later, along with guidance for recreating the dish in your own kitchen.
Following the lesson, enjoy a relaxed three-course lunch featuring salad, spizzulus prepared by Yolan’s culinary team, dessert, and wine pairings.
