Celebrate the arrival of spring with Pasticceria Primaverile, a seasonal collection of pastries and beverages presented by Pastry Chef Janrich Amaro and Yolan’s talented baristas. These limited-time offerings highlight bright citrus, delicate florals, and vibrant seasonal flavors.
Decadent pastries include a Crème Brûlée Brioche with yogurt and brûléed sugar, a Pistachio–Orange Supreme layered with orange mascarpone cream, and Torta al Limone with lemon génoise, mascarpone, and blueberry compote.
Spring-inspired beverages complement the selection, such as an Orange Blossom Espresso Tonic, a refreshing Green Apple–Matcha Spritz, and a fragrant Lavender–Matcha Latte.
