Eli Rodriguez, second-generation distiller and son of Carmen and Ezequiel, brings a modern eye to his family’s legacy. Their agave piñas boast an extraordinary 32% brix ratio — far above the industry standard — yielding a tequila rich in natural sugars and unparalleled in aroma and complexity.
Crafted in small batches at their distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, Mi Casa Tequila is family-owned and operated at every level. From resting their blanco in stainless steel to smooth out harsh Ethanol notes, to aging their añejo in lightly charred Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey barrels for a whisper of smoke, every detail is intentional.
