Discover the traditions of Sardinia with a hands-on pasta class hosted inside Yolan’s kitchen by Chef de Cuisine Jeremy Dobson. In this immersive experience, guests will learn how to shape culurgiones, Sardinia’s iconic hand-sealed pasta known for its distinctive braided closure.

Chef Dobson will demonstrate the technique behind preparing the dough and filling it with a classic combination of potato, pecorino, and fresh mint, reflecting the bright flavors of the island.

Each guest will shape their own culurgiones to take home and cook later, along with tips from the chef for recreating the dish in your own kitchen.

Following the lesson, enjoy a three-course lunch featuring salad, culurgiones prepared by Yolan’s culinary team, dessert, and wine pairings.
